We do not operate as a retail or ready-stock supplier.
Orders & Quotations
All orders begin with an inquiry and quotation. Pricing is based on product specifications, quantity, customization, and materials.
Quotations are valid for a limited time and may change depending on market conditions, material costs, or design adjustments.
An order is only confirmed after mutual agreement on all details and receipt of required payment.
Sampling Process
Samples may be provided before bulk production to finalize design, quality, and sizing.
Sample costs, timelines, and revisions are communicated in advance. Approval of the sample is considered final confirmation for bulk production specifications.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Minimum order quantities vary depending on product type and customization level. We aim to support startups with flexible MOQ options where possible.
Final MOQ is confirmed during the quotation stage.
Production & Lead Time
Production begins only after sample approval (if applicable) and confirmation of payment.
Lead times depend on order size, design complexity, and production capacity. Estimated timelines are shared before order confirmation.
Delays may occur due to factors beyond control, including supply chain issues, peak production periods, or delayed approvals.
Payments
Payment terms are agreed upon before order confirmation. Typically, production requires an advance payment, with the remaining balance cleared before shipment.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the order process.
All transaction fees, including bank or transfer charges, are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
We respect your control over your data and will respond to such requests in a reasonable timeframe.
Customization & Branding
Clients are responsible for providing accurate artwork, logos, and design details.
Slight variations in color, print, or fabric may occur due to production processes and material differences.
Chand Wears is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or low-quality files provided by the client.
Quality Assurance
Each order undergoes internal quality checks before shipment to ensure it meets agreed specifications.
Once products are approved and shipped, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping method and cost are agreed during order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on logistics providers and customs processes.
Chand Wears is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
All duties, taxes, and import regulations are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Claims
Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect ordering.
Claims are only considered for manufacturing defects and must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.
Evidence such as photos or videos may be required. Valid claims may result in replacement, adjustment, or mutually agreed resolution.
Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, and branding provided by clients remain their property.
Chand Wears does not use or reproduce client designs for other parties without permission.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to use any submitted designs.
Limitation of Liability
Chand Wears is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including business loss, delays, or market impact.
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the order under agreed terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in operations or policies. The latest version will always be available on our website.
